How to Learn About Healthcare Reform on the Internet
Healthcare reform is a hot topic that is causing a large rift across government party lines and in small towns and cities across the U.S. Bill after bill has been proposed and nixed one after the other. There are so many issues that are conflicting on this matter including health coverage for illegal immigrants; it has two opposing sides tearing away at each other. Between all the bickering and pundits trying to defend their views, it might seem difficult to look beyond the politics and educate yourself on the facts of healthcare reform. What is healthcare reform? How will it affect you and your family? How will you pay for it?

Business or Politics
22 years ago, I left corporate life to start my own business for one central reason. I couldn't handle the fact that decisions were made, often critical decisions, based on political considerations. In other words, what does the boss think I should think or what does his boss think I should think ... or I owe someone a vote on a project because that someone gave me their vote. In this environment, poor business decisions are inevitable because political turf and inter-office relationships were more important than the bottom-line business results of the company. It was my own living hell.

Dear President Obama
Dear President Obama,I have written to you before through this blog and through your various websites. It is now 30 days since you were sworn in as our Chief Executive. While it is way too early to pass judgment, I have to say that what I have seen so far has dashed a great deal of hope for me and confirmed my fears.
If Nancy Pelosi Regulated Search Engine Results
Let's get this straight. The economy really sucks big time. We just had the worst GDP number since the early 80's. Unemployment is north of 7% and heading inexorably towards double digits. The stock market is down 40% and is actually down over the past 11 years. We are sending hundreds of billions to our enemies for oil.

Washington: Anyone Home?
Help!!!We, as a people, witnessed another circus this week in Washington as the 3 heads of the Auto Industry and the head of the UAW testified and answered questions before respective committees in the House and Senate. Its enough for me to wonder if there are any signs of intelligence in the universe of the Washington scene ... all of it ... Congress, the Administration, the new incoming administration, the Press and the whiz kids who visited this week from Detroit.
