1) Snapbits – This is a free service that can be used to store bits of information as they pop into your head. Similar to post-it notes but unlike paper, you will never lose these and always know where to find it. http://www.snapbits.com/
2) Are My Sites Up? – These will alert you if any of your sites go down
3) TinEye – This is pretty cool. How it works is that you enter an image into a search engine, the search engine will tell you which site the image came from.
4) Project Management Systems – Choosing the correct project management system is important for any business. It is important to choose one that is versatile and can handle a wide variety of tasks that you might not necessarily have use for now, but can utilize in the future.

Time management is extremely crucial to any business, particularly in marketing. We must be constantly analyzing, designing, implementing, and analyzing again to make sure that we are getting optimal results. We have set systems and processes for our daily tasks, and we are on call constantly to assist our clients with any problems and concerns that they might have. Regardless of what system you put in place to manage your time, time allocation is essential for a successful endeavor to take place.
