Zappos’ Commercials Keep a Focus on Customer Service

Zappos is one the greatest E-commerce success stories around and at last year’s Pubcon in Vegas, I had the privilege to see their CEO, Tony Hseigh address the attendees as the keynote speaker. What Tony talked about most was the importance of their company culture and their attention to customer service. If you have ever ordered anything from Zappos, it is likely you are a satisfied customer.

CBS Super Bowl Commercial Controversy

Hold on to your propaganda pamphlets, this post is going to be controversial! Trying to hold my tongue as much as possible (no pun intended), I’m going to give you the break down on the gay rights and anti-abortion commercial scandal surrounding CBS’s Super Bowl ads. We all know that buying ad space for the Super Bowl is big money. When CBS chooses to reject an ad from playing, that is big news.
