Is Twitter Everything Twitter Needs?
Alex Payne, Lead for the API team at Twitter, sent out a Tweet hinting at new features that may render Twitter third-party clients useless.
This led me to wonder… why hasn’t Twitter been able to self-sufficiently maintain a user-friendly interface?
It seems like I end up using third-party clients like TweetDeck and Seesmic more often than I [...]

Vancouver Winter Olympics Online Coverage
Can’t get to a TV to watch the Winter Olympics? Online, there are some websites that are doing a great job of covering the Olympics with up-to-the-minute coverage and organized information. These sites have designed their pages for great user interactivity and have the most up-to-date feeds. Using Social Media for Relationship Marketing
Trying to acquire new customers is more costly than keeping the ones you already have. Relationship marketing is geared towards customers that are the most valuable for your business. These customers expect great customer service and want to feel like they have some kind of relationship with the company in hopes that the company will make them feel like a valued customer. In turn, these customers are usually the most loyal and will spread the word about your business. Let us hope you do not disappoint them.

Looking Back at the Last Decade
2010 has arrived, and although we’re not at The Jetsons status yet, the first decade of the millennium brought a lot of new technology that has changed many facets of the way we live. Many, myself included, will forget that some of the things we use everyday are less than a decade old.

Sharing Digg Submissions through Facebook Connect
Quite a few months back, I considered myself a Digg rock star. Gee, aren’t I humble? I was not the most popular user, but I had the formula down packed for getting a story on the first page. To Digg’s defense, before the shouting function was turned off, it really wasn’t too much of a challenge to rank well.

Google Social Search vs. Bing Twitter Search
Twitter has made the social media revolution even more significant than by its forerunners; MySpace and Facebook. Celebrities, corporations, the computer savvy, and even the not-so-computer-savvy have taken interest in this word-of-mouth micro-blogging site; indeed, very powerful source for information. Both Google and Bing have taken notice of Twitters influence in the search market. They now display Twitter search results and information for other social media sites; but which search engine is doing it better?
